Konditaget Lüders

On the side of the rust covered building there is a stair that leads 24 meters up in the sky to the roof, where you can find 2.400 m² public space for gym, stopovers, and childrens playing. Nordhavn is a densely built-up area with very little areas for playing and sports in streetlevel, and therefore they have created a double functional building in the shape of a parking house and social meeting point. From the roof you have an amazing view across the harbour and Øresund.

The parking house, placed in the new urban expansion of Copenhagen, Nordhavn, was build in 2016. The house is primarily for use of the inhabitants of the area and their guests. Basically all the parking lots for the apartments are placed in this building to motivate the people to use public transports such as busses, metro and train.
