Application-oriented ambitions
The basic goal of DTU Ballerup Campus is to be application-oriented. A student’s engineering identity and ability to solve engineering tasks is developed through an educational profile that includes project and teamwork. As a result, focus is on providing the best facilities in which students can work with their projects.
Laboratories, test halls and auditoriums
The campus offers laboratories, test halls, classrooms, group rooms and auditoriums that fulfil the needs of the various courses. These include, for example, an automisation laboratory, high voltage laboratory and workshop. One of the newest additions is DesignLab, which is a prototype workshop where students can work to develop their own prototypes using, among other features a 3D printer and laser-cutter.
